Everyone Together!

On Saturday, March 10th, Sandyn and Elic had a get-together at their home, and we got pictures of ALL the babies together. Of course. But this time, we got Pyke!

Jovie was very interested in Owen. Pyke has the same expression in all of them. Emerson is trying to engage Ruth in some sort of game here. And Madeline is interested in her toy.

Here, Jovie looks like she's trying to eat Pyke's head, Peyton is not happy, Madeline looks a little angry and Ruth is trying to snag Emerson's toy. And Pyke looks the same.

This one turned out pretty good. No crying, a few smiles...

This one is pretty good, too. Although, I think Emerson is trying to reclaim her toy.

Doesn't look like Emerson was successful. Peyton is still not happy. But Owen and Jovie think something is funny. And Pyke looks the same.

Owen and Jovie are checking one another out, Peyton has REALLY had it, Emerson got her toy back somehow, and Pyke may have moved an inch or two.

What I love about these pictures is that if you compare all the group pictures through the months, at any one point a baby is going through the same stage as another was in a previous picture. Those who used to sit like lumps (Jovie) have passed that on to others (Pyke) and have started staring at the older kids. Those who used to stare at the other kids (Emerson, Ruth) have started to engage one another in a bit of play. The kids that used to cry (Emerson, Jovie) have abandoned that for the littler ones to pick up (Peyton). And through it all, the big kids, Owen and Madeline, are good sports and prop up the babies.

And then EVERYONE! So fun! I don't think we've ever gotten a picture of everyone!

God has blessed us with some great friends. We love them!!
